A result of our stringent quality standards in our production processes is a uniform and predictable pressure drop and distribution of the burner surface. In our experience this parameter is the main key in supplying burners that have a predictable flame pattern.
The porous structure of the ceramic foam also results in much lower than average noise levels. The porous matrix has a dampening effect on the typical hissing noise that can be generated by the gas injectors.
All our standard burner surfaces come with a black coating; this ensures that the burner elements blend in with the appliance and do not disturb the visual appearance of the appliance.
